A. The cost for a Mingle with the Macaronis experience is $1,000 regardless of the number of participants.

A. A Mingle with the Macaronis experience is scheduled to last for two hours. If you choose to end your experience before the allotted time the cost is still $1,000.

Q. Is full payment required to schedule a Mingle with the Macaronis experience?
A. Yes. Full payment is required to secure your date.
Q. Do I have to have a group of six to schedule a Mingle with the Macaronis?
A. No. Mingles can be scheduled for one to six participants. The cost is still $1,000.
Q. How much advance notice is required to schedule a Mingle with the Macaronis?
A. Please give as much advance notice as possible to secure your preferred date for a Mingle with the Macaronis. This special experience requires careful coordination among our Life Sciences staff, Development department and Volunteer services. We appreciate you scheduling your experience at least two weeks in advance.
Q. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my Mingle with the Macaronis experience?
A. Please call to reschedule your experience at least two weeks prior to your scheduled date and it will be rescheduled based on availability. No refunds will be provided.
Q. Are there any discounts for Mingle with the Macaronis for Zoo Members? Military?
A. Mingle with the Macaronis is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with and hand-feed the penguins. This experience is in extremely high demand and no discounts are currently available.
